Grounded, body-aware therapy for anxiety, burnout, and life in transition — a calm space to slow down and come back to yourself, in the heart of Colchester or online.
Sometimes we carry more than words can hold. Therapy here is unhurried and warm — a place to make sense of what you feel, ease it in the body, and find a steadier way forward.
Your therapist · Josh
Hello, I'm Josh — a psychotherapist and yoga teacher based in Colchester. For over fifteen years I've sat alongside people through anxiety, low mood, grief, burnout and the quiet unravelling that change can bring.
My work blends talking therapy with gentle, body-aware practices drawn from yoga and somatic experiencing. We don't only think our way through things — we notice how they live in the breath and the body, and let the nervous system learn that it's safe to soften.
There's no rush and no script. Just a steady, confidential space, and two people working out what healing looks like for you.
Every journey is different. Sessions are 50 minutes unless noted, weekly to begin with, in person in central Colchester or securely online.
Open-ended, one-to-one therapy for anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationships and finding meaning again.
